2. I told him they need to ask permission before taking photos inside someone’s property, but he glared at me and spoke to his colleague in another language clearly belittling me. This is highly inappropriate!
1. Sonno Beds poor delivery experience! I have just taken delivery my. I caught one taking pictures without my consent inside my property, although the bed was in frame other personal stuff in the background.
@TalkNorwichCity Other than having balls to finally come out and face the music (or was told by his boss that he had to!), I remain unconvinced that knows why it is going so wrong and how to get it turned round.
@SocialistHB Couldn’t agree more. I think there is a valid point around how we can better utilise the staff that we have across all disciplines, not merely making thousands redundant and put at high risk the delivery of the 10yr plan. Crazy!
@Burnt2020@ShaunLintern@wesstreeting Well, that is a different point to where I wanted to correct your generalisation. Lots wrong with the NHS, pay (AfC too) being just one of them. I wouldn’t want my children to become doctors due to the correct state of things, sadly
@KathrynFullwood@wesstreeting Absolutely. I can see a future inquiry as no doubt this will affect patients negatively.
I wish you all the best in the weeks to come
@wesstreeting Yes, it is on you. You have totally messed this up! 🤣 Perhaps the poor performing top manager (you) needs to be cut to reduce the poor performing bureaucratic waste?
@wesstreeting I work in an ICB. I am not against reform of NHS England (centre and regions) and the ICBs, but at least do this after you have a proper well-thought out plan. And then have the decency to treat staff better with your comms
@KathrynFullwood@wesstreeting I think he is spot on. You (and I) clearly don’t add any value… 🤨 I am looking forward to having next summer off work seeing the meltdown of the NHS that can’t deliver its 10yr plan, and then they will bring in consultants to plan without implementing anything. Sounds familiar?
@Burnt2020@ShaunLintern@wesstreeting I have been a senior ops manager in an acute hospital, and my priority was always the patients and our staff. I know lots of other skilled managers who think like this too, easily the vast majority. They are both clinical and non-clinical managers, not ‘admin’ but professionals
in 2016 the NHS tried to cut headcount; managers, admin, back office.
redundancy cheques were huge
the work didn’t go away. It came back as consultants on day-rates, interims and agency cover.
Consultancy spend trebbled to £22.65m in just two years.
Norwich must use these 2wks and get rid, move on and quickly. 133 year 2nd tier record holders… no team until this one has lost 7 home games in a row… ever @TalkNorwichCity@JackReeveTNC@ChrisReevo
