STT (Securities Transaction Tax) was brought in instead of capital gains tax which was removed. When this government brought again capital gains tax, instead of abolishing STT,continued with both STT and capital gains tax. Why this unfairness?

Despite big majority, this government lacks courage in taxing farmers who're earning in crores. But middle class and wealth creators are taxed heavily. Farmers would block roads. Middle class and wealthy cannot do anything except expressing anguish.
