It’s been a while since our initial CEX listing, and we want to openly share the challenges, emotions, struggles, and lessons we’ve faced since the setback.

As a small team fueled by passion and big dreams, the listing outcome hit us hard. We watched the community’s enthusiasm, excitement and praise quickly turn into frustration, disappointment, anger, and doubt. It made us question our capabilities and whether our vision was even realistic. Much of it was new, unpredictable, and beyond our control. We were forced to confront just how optimistic we had been—and whether we were ready to face what lay ahead.

In the midst of this storm, we considered every possible direction. And yet, through it all, one thing kept coming back to us: our commitment to this project and the community behind it.

Thankfully, we also received tremendous encouragement and support during this period, which helped us begin to rebuild our confidence.

Today, we believe we’re finally turning the corner. We’re recovering, becoming stronger, and we've taken this time to re-evaluate and refine our goals. Here's our updated roadmap moving forward:

🔹 Enhanced Social Features
We’re rolling out social functionalities step-by-step, evolving the app into a full-fledged social media platform deeply integrated with blockchain and AI. This will be the foundation of our sustainability strategy—bridging blockchain with real-world use cases.

🔹 Mainnet Development
We’re postponing the open mainnet launch to focus more resources on enhancing the core app experience.

🔹 Local Services Transition
Current local services will be phased out and will be replaced with advanced features within our upcoming social media ecosystem.

🔹 Blockchain Loyalty for Merchants
Looking ahead, we aim to redefine traditional loyalty programs. Our long-term vision includes simple, token-based blockchain solutions that merchants can easily adopt.

🔹 CPEN Token Buyback

This Post reflects my sincere thoughts on community building.

To me, community building is not merely about increasing the number of users. I believe its true value lies in fostering relationships and bonds among Arichain community members, and creating a foundation where each individual can grow together within the community.

I genuinely hope that Arichain’s growth will translate into the growth of each and every member of our community.

By “growth,” I don’t just mean improving skills. It means helping you build the competitiveness you need to thrive in the ever-changing crypto landscape.

In the past, community building often focused on numerical growth through clickbait and increasing participation rates. But now, with the rise of platforms like Kaito and the advent of the SocialFi era, owning a “high-quality account” on social platforms like Twitter is becoming increasingly important.

By “high-quality,” I’m not referring to simply having a large follower count or high reach. What truly matters is whether your interactions are organic and authentic, and whether you create content that resonates with people and evokes genuine engagement. These are the key ingredients for cultivating “smart followers.”

While Arichain is a mainnet project, our aim is to build a community where every member can grow alongside the rapidly evolving crypto trends, through meaningful and interactive participation. We’re also focused on fostering an environment where users can grow their own Twitter accounts.

The Ari Creator and Ari Friends programs were founded on this very philosophy and direction.

As personal branding becomes more important than ever, those who develop high-quality Twitter accounts and foster authentic engagement will become valuable assets in the future.

Reminder to Arichain Community

I am writing this message to share some updates regarding Arichain.

Our team is fully aware of and takes seriously the delays in roadmap execution and information disclosure that were initially promised. We are carefully considering these matters with a heavy sense of responsibility.

Arichain has successfully completed its private sale and is currently restructuring its initial mainnet model with the addition of new core members. We are rebuilding it based on more competitive and robust technology.

I personally feel a deep sense of responsibility regarding the delays in the roadmap I had previously shared. While I sincerely apologize for these delays, I want to assure you that Arichain is fully committed to building strong fundamentals and sustainable competitiveness.

Since the launch of our testnet in January this year, Arichain has been steadily growing and improving.

Our vision and mission remain clear: to ensure that Arichain does not become a project that disappears or damages the community through irresponsible actions like dumping, as some market concerns suggest.

As I have always emphasized, we are determined to become a true game-changer in the Web3 space and continue moving forward toward that goal.
