Growing up, I always wanted to be an artist, I had a lot of talent, but my left brain talked me out of it. After college and working a few years as crew on yachts, I took 6 months off to reevaluate things. I learned Adobe Illustrator and started taking on some freelance work. I went back to working full time on yachts, but took that new skill with me and integrated it. My artwork is currently published internationally, every month, in the worlds most prolific yachting magazine, for the past 7 years. I can trace the steps I took to accomplish this goal, but every once in a while I take a step back and chuckle while scratching my head.
Lots of talk about the new “x” logo v previous Twitter logo. I’m not opposed to the rebranding, but the X logo is giving me Avatar Papyrus vibes. I created this logo for myself 12 years ago, and I still like it. My initials “PG” combined with ∞ I also wanted to integrate a sense of water / fluidity. It was tricky to create a “P” and “G” symbol that were reversible and interchangeable, but I’ve been happy with the results. No plans to rebrand for me. Any designers, professional or armchair, out there with thoughts on it? Always open to constructive criticism.

Very excited about my feature in the contributing editors page of BOAT International magazine this month. Always a pleasure to create their table of contents infographic every month 😎
Monthly sneak peak of one of my recurring print infographics - still needs a little work, but the August table of contents page for this publication is lookin' good 😎 Lots of visual and textual information to pack into a single page. Always a fun puzzle to format!

For me the communities build around NFTs are one of the largest draws. @warpsound_ai and the collectors have done a great job building community. Proof of power of community with @sweetwaterpete gifting me one of his @Gigaboats . Love the art and happy to be a collector! Thx!
