The results of Charity Week are in. Our school has collected just over $2,000 in donations for the “Fleece & Thank You” and “Rock CF” Charities. Thanks to everyone who participated last week!

The chili cook off begins at 6:00 in the cafeteria. It is only $5.00 admission and it’s all you can eat!

Tomorrow is the final day to sign up for the volleyball tournament. The sign up sheet can be found in the main office. Any teams who fail to sign up by the end of tomorrow will not be eligible to participate in the tournament.

Student council needs two more people to volunteer to compete in the king of the island beauty pageant next Thursday at 5 o’clock in the auditorium.

Friday students may buy a strand of raffle tickets (Body length) during lunch for only $10.00 the winner will receive a $100.00 visa gift card!

Thursday we will be hosting “jail”. Buy your jail warrant this week during lunch ($10.00) and you will be granted permission to skip any two classes of your choice. Jail will be hosted in the cafeteria where you will be provided with snacks & games. YOU MAY NOT SKIP 4TH HOUR!

Wednesday there will be a chili cook-off @ 6:00 in the cafeteria. There will be restaurants & fellow students competing against each other. You don’t want to miss last year’s champion Wayne Sawka in action! Admissions are only $5.00, plus you may eat as much as you please.

Tuesday there will be penny wars during 2nd, 4th, and 6th hour! Bring all of your spare change and your teacher cannot begin class until ALL of the change is counted. The TOP TWO classes who raise the most money will gain eligibility to send their teacher to “jail” on Thursday.

Monday there will be a Buffalo Wild Wings Bidding amongst all 5th hour classes in the school. The highest bidding class will enjoy B-Dubs during their 5th hour the next day (Tuesday). There will also be a volleyball tournament @ 5:00 pm in the gym. The sign up is in the office!

The 2nd annual GIHS Charity Week Is coming back next week! Buy your fast passes ($30.00) & jail warrants ($10.00) @ lunch! They will be on sale for the remainder of this week!
