Dr. Robinson Tombari Sibe is a globally respected expert in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity, and trusted technology leader, with over two decades of experience. As the CEO and Lead Forensic Examiner of Digital Footprints Nig. Ltd, he has spearheaded some of the most complex digital investigations and cybersecurity projects in Nigeria and internationally.

A celebrated leader in the field, Dr. Sibe was honored as Nigeria’s Cybersecurity Personality of the Year 2025 at a conference jointly organized by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, NITDA, and the OPice of the National Security Adviser (ONSA). He serves on several Boards, including that of the Africa ICT Alliance (AfICTA), representing private sector interests across 38 African nations. Dr. Sibe is a prolific scholar-practitioner. He serves as a Professor of Practice (Cybersecurity) at Miva Open University, a Visiting Fellow of the University of South Wales (UK), a member of the Advisory Board of the Ph.D Information Technology programme of University of the Cumberlands, USA, and a lecturer at the Rivers State University.
