This is exactly what I feared and have warned for years would happen given delays in implementing projects over the past 10 years which could have enabled faster growth in Limerick. I believe @SimonHarrisTD still wants more growth potential in cities like #limerick and I shall be asking them to make sure changes like these are not allowed to restrict our ability to plan and get resources for faster growth. "Over 40%" should and could mean 60% or more.
