@DanieIEmery Of course, there would have been multiple decision makers involved in giving him that contract. Clearly they saw him as a good enough number 2 at the time & now we have to stick with that until Jan at least.

Filling the void left by Nunez & now McLean is the bigger issue IMO.

@DanieIEmery The football business model that we have (and been in place since 2017) means it was just as much Knapper’s decision to give Long a new contract as it was JHT.

With alternatives limited, it’s probably just better getting behind the team and manager until we get Gunn & Nunez back
