So apparently you don’t have to show an ID to pick up a “signature required” package from the Shepherdsville, Ky @UPS store. Someone with only the tracking number picked up my 3 iPhone 17’s I ordered from @TMobile.

Seems to me the individual who let someone take a package worth $3000 without checking ID should be fired. Also I couldn’t report them stolen through @TMobile customer care because I couldn’t verify the security code that the moron on the other end was sending to the stolen…
