So - 70 new members of the UNC football team were not 7th graders beginning middle school football that never played the game before. They were highly experienced D1 football players. So why do they look like 7th graders in middle school? Coaching - period
If he’s given another year of eligibility he can stay at NC State and withdraw his name from the transfer portal. With a new coach in place there may not be a desire to keep him but he was a really valuable player on the team this year. Putting his name in transfer portal was a smart move
