@Zaxbys a suggestion. Make sure that your in store staff AND customer service have the authority AND ability to make things right when they go wrong. I understand glitches in online ordering (although a number of other restaurants seem to have it right), but hamstringing

@Zaxbys They offered to give me a “reward” of the same BOGO that had just failed. I just wanted to pay for one order and get one free. Finally I was just refunded. Manager never received order and just filled it when I asked her to do so. This all took a long, long time.

@Zaxbys didn’t receive my order. Manager advised that sometimes it takes a while and that she could try to refund the second order of wings when it showed up. It never showed. Manager advised to call customer service for a partial refund. Customer service couldn’t do that.

@MarcusLattimore I’m not inside, I don’t know. But from outside there appears to be a lack of character. The kids see it and sometimes reflect it. Hopefully most won’t adopt the example.
