@d_grimripper It's as if Meta has a weekly budget and will push to stick to it if it fell behind in the last few days of the week, even with zero sales and junk traffic.
@sama_livai Tu peux même plus l’utiliser en vrai, il peut te raconter n’importe quoi du début à la fin lorsque tu lui demandes quelque chose, alors que Gemini se plante rarement

[Medium disruptions]: Ads Delivery
We are aware of an issue that may be impacting ad delivery. Our engineering teams are aware and are actively looking to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Ecom & running ads really is a game of running experiments, finding what works and milking it until it stops.
Here's how you squeeze everything out of it when you find a winning ad:
For Video:
- Add new overlay text hooks (new text in first 3 seconds)
- Change the visual hooks (new opening 3 seconds)
- Send the same script to a new creator
- Change the b-roll while keeping the same voiceover
- Add new testimonials or social proof
- Make a greenscreen ad with a creator reacting to the video
- Change the location (car, living room, dog park, etc.)
- Adjust video length (make it shorter/longer)
- Same message, different format (podcast, UGC, AI voiceover + b-roll)
- Turn winning hooks into static ads
For Statics:
- Keep visual, swap headlines
- Keep headline, swap visuals
- Turn image into a GIF
- Add motion to the visual
- Add urgency or social proof elements
- Turn winning headlines into video hooks and scripts
One proven concept can fuel months of profitable campaigns if you systematically iterate instead of chasing the next shiny creative idea.
The one thing that makes or breaks most offers.
When it comes to marketing, be it ads, VSLs, TSLs, Webinars, Book-a-call funnels or anything else...
...It's not so much about how many you get to say "yes", but rather how many you get to say "no"...
...The ones who say yes make you money, the ones who say no cost you money.
One makes you, the other breaks you.
Most marketers, as they begin to scale, only focus on the ones who say yes, without ever thinking about the ones who said no...
...So they end up scaling the ones who say "no", and the business capsizes and falls apart.
Costs exceed revenue.
And there's a very simple reason for this and an even easier way to fix it...
...It's all in the expectation.
Direct response is nothing more than a series of premises and promises.
Here's the premise -> here's the promise.
Now, every time you have a premise and a promise, you create an expectation of what they're going to get.
If they don't get what was expected, then that expectation turns into frustration and they leave, hence why you see a massive trail of drop-offs in any funnel.
One of the most dangerous expectation creators is the "how-to" headlines.
If you have a "how to" headline on anything, ad, offer, etc...
What you'll see is a drop off from about 100% to 50-60% using Microsoft Clarity.
The reason being, you promised to show them a "how to" (how is a word for process, step by step to get an outcome btw), and you went into the pitch.
Expectation -> frustration.
The solution is to simply change the headline into "discover", "why" or anything else that matches the opening to those expectations so they're synced up.
The alternative is to go into the copy with a "how to".
The thing about "how to people" is they want things now, a little impatient, and if you promised a how-to on the page, why would they need to pay you for even more how-to?
See how that works.
99% of marketers never get this and wonder why their offers aren't working, and now you know why.
Just remember:
Expectation -> not met -> frustration -> no.
Expectation -> when met -> anticipation -> excitement -> yes to next step.
This applies to ads, openings, VSLs, offers, and anything else.
I've literally done this on 25,000 fast feedback and hot seat sessions in NHB+ and FF, and it's fixed it every single time.
Have a great Thursday,
Alen
@zhihao2k How you do that ? Do you let a CTA on your emails to ask a refund ? Or is it on a platform ?
My customers are stupid and open complaint on PayPal to have a refund, even if I say everywhere that you can refund easily by sending a mail
