The hard truth: Women are overdoing it. We jump to take spiritual responsibility—Sunday School, family prayer—and unintentionally prevent men from stepping up. Men, bragging about your "praying wife" means you've ceded your spiritual authority.

We must INTENTIONALLY REORDER THE HOUSE: in church and at home. This isn't about blaming; it's about forcing the balance that works better for the whole family. It's time to change the stereotype.

Why do people cling to positions they've outgrown? Fear. Insecurity. Their identity is so wrapped up in the thing, they're terrified of becoming a "nonentity."

So, as a church, we can't just cut them loose. We're shepherds. This is why it takes a year, not six weeks. Our role is to help that person "discover their new."

We have to deal with the mental blocks. The "solidified" thinking. We have to retrain, upskill, and sometimes think for them to show them the future they can't see.
