The GLDA is deeply saddened to announce the death of our colleague Colm Doyle, MGLDA.
On behalf of all the GLDA members the Council would like to express their sympathy to Colm’s wife, Sorcha, and their two daughters, Fern and Eve.

Providing adequate seating in the city is a key part of our age friendly policy; we look forward to introducing more benches across the city. Armrests are a necessary element in seating design to assist those with mobility impairments to take their seat & arise more easily/safely
