“to luné,

i think it’s my first time writing a letter like this. my korean may not be the best, but please listen till the end.

the first time i came to korea was 7 years ago. while becoming a trainee, it also felt like my second life had begun. from that day, for the sake of fulfilling the dream i had painted out in my heart/mind, i gave my all, and promised myself to be sure to debut, and i remember spending each and every day really diligently.

everything was unsettling and i felt alone, getting by alone overseas and not having my family and friends next to me during the tough times. the days where i cried alone in my homestay room also come to mind. that being said, i’m not alone now. i have luné.

lunés are the people who understand me best, and have a warm presence that’s like family. i’m really happy to have those kind of lunés by my side. right now, it really feels like a dream to be able to be with the people i like, as well as the music i like.

from now on too, i will return the happiness i’ve received from luné again, even if it’s just a little bit. i will also strive to become an artist lunés will be proud of, as well as a cool one.

i hope the dreamlike moments lunés have fulfilled for us continue from here on out too.
