honestly, i think this kind of behavior is really unhealthy. every single time aespa releases something, a portion of the fandom starts looking for flaws before even taking a moment to enjoy the work and effort the girls put into it. nothing is ever good enough. absolutely everything turns into a reason to complain or doompost. criticism is completely valid and it’s a normal part of being a fan. but constantly living in a cycle of negativity doesn’t help the group in any way. if anything, it creates an exhausting atmosphere and influences people who haven’t even seen the release yet to go into it expecting the worst. it honestly feels like some of you have forgotten how to simply enjoy things. if every era starts with a campaign of complaints, maybe the problem isn’t what aespa delivers anymore, but the impossible expectations part of the fandom has created for them. i don’t know… maybe it’s time to stan another group if you’re genuinely this unhappy with everything they do 💀
