Welcomed @Esade 's Masters of #Innovation & #Operation students to @GLOBIS_PR. We had a very interesting discussion on which team is a better #football team. Do you think it is the team in which all responsibilities are clearly defined? Or can it be the team in which each player has room for his/her initiatives? If you think it is the latter, you may fit in well with #JapaneseManagement. #国際交流 @GLOBIS_houjin

Recently I had a feeling of reading this again.
Just like my feeling in Hokkaido to go to the hotel onsen where I met by chance a fellow Globis graduate, I've learnt to do what comes to mind over the years.
Last time I read this I was busy with studies in the Globis MBA and though I found it very interesting 🤔 I didn't have the time to fully absorb the implications of the philosophy Youmei-gaku.

🎉We were delighted to host 49 MBA students from @GLOBIS_IMBA at CEIBS for a week of learning, dialogue, and cross-cultural exchange in Shanghai. Through classroom sessions, company visits, and exchanges, participants explored China's evolving business landscape.
It's my pleasure to see @GLOBIS_IMBA alumni strive in their workplace. Had lunch w a Full-time MBA alumnus from the first batch (2012!) and visited the company where a Part-time & Online MBA alumna is making a great impact. I felt the two were following their #kokorozashi!
