@SecGranholm please take a look at the @Penelec protocols for restoring service. Rural customers are being told 80 hours without elec. Elec powers our wells and phone service especially in places with no cellular. More populated areas are being restored first.

@MuellerSheWrote My only advice would be to not lose hope. Our family once had an inside only cat that got out once. It was gone for a year. It survived (albeit skinnier) and remembered the family when we were reunited. I’m hoping Bruce finds his way back to you.
