@GLS_Ireland the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Waiting 1 month for a small.parcelndelivery from Belfast to Dublin and I can't get to talk to anyone. After queueing for 45 minutes on phone, I get an automatic recording saying "call back" and then disconnected.

Absolutely dreadful courier service, waste of time contacting them, now going to have to contact company to inform them that the courier company failed to deliver.

I'm hoping Twitter can find this person. I received a parcel before Christmas that was not mine from @GLS_Ireland. I informed them to get it collected. I called them twice more, on hold for 40 mins and again for 30 mins. Still no joy.

Por eso le recomiendo compre los medicamentos de su mascota en la farmacia más cercana, se evitará muchos problemas, y si esos medicamentos necesitas receta, llévela , no le haga pasar un mal rato al profesional que la atienda por favor

Tenéis un problema de entrega en vuestro Centro Logístico de Guadalajara. Todo el afán es que vaya a un punto de recogida para mi pedido a Matarrubia, el cual ha sido pagado para entregar a MI DOMICILIO. Pedido que debía haberse entregado el 9-1-2026.

Cómo es posible que un pedido al que yo rastreo el tracking hasta el 8 de este mes, no se entrega , presupongo que por falta de tiempo ( en algún momento aparece entrega 72 h y día siguiente) ,hoy 12 aparece extraviado. Se extravía en el furgón?
