We strongly condemn the alleged abuse of #Shahi management staff in their abetment of this suicide.
We demand that #Shahi's top management take action against the alleged perpetrators & provide relief & justice to the deceased worker's family. #ShameOnShahi

In a letter he left behind, he blamed the Quality AGM Lokesh and the HR AGM Anil for their mistreatment of him.

Even after multiple workplace violations at #Shahi sites, the administration has yet to wake up and continues to jeopardise even more workers’ lives.

On June 24, BM Kiran, a 28-year-old garment worker & resident of Berembady in Gundlupet taluk, died by suicide, leaving a note alleging harassment by #ShahiExports Management. He was a former employee of #Shahi Garment Unit 43 in Chowhalli in Chamarajanagar district.

#Tumkur This morning, a Techsport Syndicate Unit 9 factory bus coming from Madhugiri side of the factory collided with a lorry near Dasarahalli on Tumkur road. 22 workers in this bus were seriously injured & 1 woman worker died on the spot.
