@Delta spent 2+ hrs w/my 4&6yo on runway at CHS today w/storms, then 2 different maintenance probs, only to be brought back to terminal and have flt moved to tomorrow. Thnx 4 the hotel voucher, but no food vouchers and a rideshare voucher link that didn’t work? U can do better.
