HOTEL BANU BRINDAVAN in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, which was valid for 11 months. Unfortunately, during the tenure of the agreement, Mr. Aathor Mani passed away, and his son, Mr. Tamilselvan, continued to operate the business even after the agreement's expiration.

For the past two months, we have been dealing with the illegal occupation of our private property by a hotel business operator.
