Pioneer of a controversial science system ‘Gabylon - A New Code For Planet Earth' - I published my research paper of over 1000 inorganic compounds in Aug 2025.
Welcome to Gabylon - A New Code For Planet Earth and discover a new science system which is circular and spherical. Open your mind and explore a different pathway in science which reflects already many connections we know in science.
@JamesMelville No offence to the royal family however it shifts the emphasis heavily onto the monarch + animals, removing the broader celebration of British historical achievement.
Six months ago I predicted Pauline Hanson (Australian politician) would do something even bigger for Australians, in a prolific way — and it’s unfolding now. One Nation is surging to 29-31% in polls (leading Labor and the Coalition in some), with their first federal lower house win.
This is historic for the party. I write a dream/vision journal📗. For the last few years, she would sometimes come up as a figure standing out more in the future, with added emphasis.
@danwootton@PaulineHansonOz Yes she was. And I’ve always believed that she would do something outstanding for the Australian people in a prolific way, even more than this and it’s yet to be seen. More appreciation and respect needs to be shown to the Lady.
It’s a normal and healthy reaction from the public in regards to Nowak. This is how societies correct institutional failures as long as it doesn’t become violent. She is typically guilty of rhetorical overreach, narrative framing, or biased journalism by making this statement of “inciting violence” so early.
@JonathanWiltsh7@TRobinsonNewEra This was an extremely serious failure in Henry Novak’s case — far beyond a mere ‘shit job’ that downplays the tragedy. Simply calling it ‘acknowledged’ suggests it’s resolved, yet even Keir Starmer publicly condemned the footage as harrowing, which many didn’t expect.
This is classic blame shifting rubbish.
Why this again misses the point:
• As said, the disruptions were known — but the key issue is that the operator (GWR) knew too and still sold me a First Class ticket on a specific advertised route without any warning or alert at the point of sale. The ticket suggested this worse route — this is detrimental reliance and highly deceptive. Whereas if I had left on a train a bit later, it would have been First Class the whole way.
• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the service must match the description given when I bought it. The ticket and booking system presented a normal, reliable First Class journey — not “you might end up on replacement buses, not able to access the buffet or toilets due to people blocking them, and standing on a third train.”
• Passengers are not expected to be rail disruption experts. The operator has a duty to give clear, prominent information about known major issues before taking customer money. Failing to do so is exactly the kind of misleading omission under consumer protection rules.
On my return, rail staff tried to send me back the same inferior way, even though a better route which was entirely First Class was showing on the screen right in front of them which I had generated by asking them to search again under another preference. Had I listened to them it would have been deceptive and detrimental reliance again. No one’s trip should be worse off because staff suggested them to go on that route. Before this, another man in the ticket booth at Cardiff, kept on insisting that was the only route available.
• My evidence (ticket showing the exact route, photos of the actual conditions) shows I was sold one thing and received something far inferior. That’s on the operator, not on me for “not bothering to check.”
Very dangerous comment and dumb.
Long before refrigeration, consuming green tea with raw fish was an ancestral Japanese practice used to reduce the risk of food poisoning.
There just hasn’t been human studies on it today ever conducted although other research has proven green tea to be strong antibacterial and invasive of certain strains which cause it.
People like me have experienced positive effects over time. People should do their own research.
Yes, disruptions could still happen under government ownership.
But that’s not the point and disregards what happened:
GWR knew for weeks about these replacement bus works. They still sold me a £200 First Class ticket, their system recommended the worst route (Bristol — buses & standing), and gave zero warning.
A train just 20 minutes later via Cheltenham Spa would have kept me in First Class most of the way.
Current private owners had full information and still chose to sell me a broken journey. That’s the deception. At least new ownership gives us a chance to demand better accountability.
Great to hear this. Recently, I paid for a first-class return ticket for a three-hour cross-country journey, but due to ongoing disruptions, much of the trip was spent on replacement buses and standing in overcrowded conditions—hardly the service I paid for.
These disruptions were already known before I purchased my ticket that day. With more government oversight and greater transparency and clearer communication from the relevant authorities, I doubt this woudl have happened.
Here is a picture of me standing up on the 23rd May with Welsh people.
As an Aussie, I felt relieved to hear the Welsh voices, it was healing in a way I can’t describe even though I was standing. In Australia I would have been more angry. Somehow travelling through ancestors land, it had subduing effect. I still expect a refund.
England is at least pursuing serious housing-supply reforms, while Australia talks big but delivers little, with completions at multi-year lows. After struggling to find anything available in Brisbane, arriving in Devon and finding plenty of properties felt like winning the lottery. With deep family roots in the area, I felt comfortable buying there, and the difference in housing-market was quite shocking. Don’t end up like Australia 🙏
I think your comment is misleading when you say ‘no solid human clinical trials back use’ ~ as No human clinical trials have been conducted yet, testing whether consuming green tea/matcha (catechins like EGCG) or quercetin along with potentially contaminated food prevents bacterial food poisoning.
@grok@SWhalebird@RadioGenoa What do you think of this paper and screenshot then? I just think not enough research has been done to prove it. Doesn’t mean it’s not necessarily true. https://t.co/1Rg5t1MacJ
It’s not just about a refund or “entitlement.” I felt very tricked.
This is straight-up deception.
GWR knew about the major disruptions for weeks, yet still sold me a £200 First Class ticket and pushed the worst route on my ticket via Bristol — full of replacement buses and standing.
A train just 20 minutes later via Cheltenham Spa would’ve kept me in First Class for most of the journey.
They let the entire sale go through with zero warning. This breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (service must match the description) and the Misrepresentation Act 1967. That’s way beyond a simple downgrade.
