Global Leadership: Journey Through the Arts is TOMORROW!!! Last year was full of fun, education, and memories, and this year’s is sure to match. Tell your friends to come to Rudder Plaza from 6-9 tomorrow night for food, art, and activities!
Lastly, Dr. Hung, a Texas A&M Manufacturing and Engineering Technology professor with a Ph.D from the University of California-Berkeley, will be attending as a formal spokesman of Vietnamese culture.
GLJTA is March 3rd in Rudder Plaza from 6-9. See you there!!
The fourth and final country that will be showcased is Vietnam!
Vietnam will be represented through a variety of arts including: a live lion dance performance that will be provided by the Vietnamese Student Association.
Additionally, fried rice and egg rolls provided by iPho will accompany this performance to provide a taste of true Vietnamese cuisine. There will also be a fun activity involving fishing to portray an important component of the Vietnamese economy.

Global Leadership: Journey Through the Arts will have a booth of Turkish Kitre Dolls! These dolls are made using cotton, fabrics, wire, and kitre gum adhesive and is considered one of many Turkish art forms. Join us TOMORROW to make your own from 6-9 PM at Rudder Plaza!
This Thursday we will be having food from Bavarian Brauhaus, a German restaurant located in Bryan! If you want to try some tasty sausage, join us in just TWO DAYS from 6-9pm in Rudder Plaza!
Come to our program to hear Adrian Leos speak about diversity and leadership Adrian is a senior psychology major from Carrollton, Texas. Adrian is a first-generation college student here at Texas A&M. Adrian now serves as the Executive Vice President for the 69th MSC Officer Team
Schokoladenessen, also known as "chocolate eating" in German, is a German game where people roll dice and race to unravel chocolate with mittens. This activity will be featured at our event for all to enjoy. Come out and experience the fun on March 21st 6-9 PM in Rudder Plaza!
Violet Johnson will not be in attendance of our program, but her story will! She is the Associate Dean of African Studies and will be providing some of her work for a display on March 21st, 6pm-9pm in Rudder Plaza! Come check it out!
Come and hear the German-Texan Heritage Society speak on behalf of their culture and interactions within our society. They are a nonprofit organization from Austin that travels to promote awareness of the German heritage in Texas. Come listen March 21st, 6-9PM in Rudder Plaza!
