Ridiculous services by @HDFC_Bank.have raised a request to part pay some of my loan amount and nobody is responding including NodalDesk&ShareHolders.@RBI Don't they should be penelised for the unethical business prctices?

@CarebyHDFC_HL When can I expect it to be resolved? since you only have to send a PayNimo link to pay? And Please don't activate the link on portal, as you also know and I also know, portal can't be used for prepay, as written on it clearly.
