intern listened into some of the big dogs talking about the arbitrum dao politics and learned a lot about the LTIPP (long term incentives pilot program) which he wants to share wiv u guys

some of the big dogs present were from @StableLab @vela_exchange @UMAprotocol and ofc our very own @SavvyAlexLumley from Savvy

a council has been introduced to screen apps and makes the process much more manageable for delegates, basically addresses the root level problem of previous voter apathy

there will be a separate gaming proposal specifically for the gaming vertical and the program will be put up for feedback soon in the forum

12 week incentives program will follow, protocols will work with advisors throughout with constant feedback

applications are still open for both council and advisor positions, important for talented individuals to apply

improving data understanding and monitoring within the incentive program as well as having clear KPIs was highlighted as important to fully understand the overall impact of the incentive programs on the objectives of the DAO
