Congrats to my boy on completing his first marathon this weekend. I love that he did it alone. No one pushed him to try this. No one trained with him in the early mornings in the rain and the cold. He challenged himself to be great. Mission accomplished! ✊🏻

@CalebTheSpy @dinosaurjr DJr would never sound like this again. In the wake of Nirvana’s success, this was the label’s attempt to give them a cleaner sound, which is why this record sounds so good. After a brief flirtation with the mainstream, Mascis would embrace a sludgier sound. Great album though!

I’ve always said that you can be anything you want to be if you’re willing to put in the work. Today my boy competed in his first race, a half marathon in DC. He transformed himself into a runner this summer, clocking over 300 miles to get in shape! What a beast! ✊🏻 So proud.
