UPDATE: Debby hit w/stronger winds then forecasted, causing extreme damage. 30,000 out & damage still happening. Crews making repairs & also assisting towns to clear roads to make them safe. We will provide restoration times as we can. This is a multi-day restoration event. #vt

Here are some images from the field, where crews are working through deep snow, hauling equipment and climbing poles by hand in remote rugged cross country locations, confronting large trees and lines blocking roads. They won't stop until all are back on. Stay Safe #vt!
Storm Update: Crews are making a lot of progress after the high winds and devastating heavy wet snow hit #vt and the entire northeast.

Storm Update: Crews are out all over the state continuing to repair damage from the devastating heavy wet snow that continued falling overnight. We have already restored 85% of customers with weather-related outages, getting over 71,000 back on. 🧵⬇️ 1/2
