It took way too much time and effort, but I made a docker base image from RedStar OS 3 Server (North Korea's previous Linux Distro). It's based on RHEL 4.4. I got a semi-modern version of NodeJS (9.11.2) and an expressjs service running on it. It kinda just works 🤷‍♂️
