hi sir these people travelling on 4 oct , entire trip is booked flight hotel , please help in visa , else entire money will be wasted

These are the people who applied Evisa for Malaysia, with vigorous followup also visa not yet received for tourist purpose. All people have spent around one lakh rupees for Hotel, Flights and other things.
Concerned department has to look into it and do the need-full.
