Just before the old millenium ticked over into the new one, we were blessed with yet another legendary FPS game that helped define a genre and cement the legacy of the 90s decade: Unreal Tournament (Epic Games, 1999).

Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem, Doom, Quake, Half-Life... and Unreal (Tournament) - absolute benchmark setting games.

Maybe it's "ancient" by today's standards. But it was one of the best of its kind back then, and I'll take a bet and say many fans still prefer this over today's shooters.

Or maybe I am just getting old and gloryfing things from the past too much. Do you prefer modern FPS over the classic legends from back in the day?
