4 months is actually a really great time to sleep train because it is before so many sleep regressions and things that disrupt sleep. β
Such a great story. Mom was at her wit's end when she contacted me.
I explained that if she doesn't want to leave her baby to cry, she doesn't have to. This was a key conversation for her because it gave her that light at the end of the tunnel that she didn't know existed.
The gift of being well-rested is priceless!β

This year, if you're thinking of making your gift a meaningful one, giving some relief to a tired family can make a world of difference.β

Separation is hard and toddlers need to feel safe at night when alone.
This is a behavioural problem and can only truly be solved with a behavioural solution. If you're ready, send me a DM
Once a baby is strong enough to roll over, then they are strong enough to sleep on their stomach.
We donβt want to go in and roll them back because it can become a game and a way for them to get you in the room. This is of course assuming they are in a safe sleep space.
