@KenyaPower_Care it's been hardly 6 hours since you restored power in Mombasa after a long night without, now in Nyali it's gone again!! This is infuriating!
Security alert for U.S. Citizens
Event: There are ongoing calls for nationwide anti-government demonstrations on December 9, but protest activity could begin as early as December 5. Recent unrest around Tanzania’s October 29 elections resulted in destruction of public infrastructure, violence against civilians, internet shutdowns, and major travel disruptions.
Travelers to Tanzania over the next several weeks should be prepared for potential disruptions, including the possibility of unrest, nation-wide curfews, an internet blackout, cancellation of ferries to Zanzibar, cancellation of international flights, and roadblocks enacted to enforce strict movement controls.
Following recent unrest, foreign nationals have experienced increased attention from local security authorities, and security forces have searched electronics for evidence of connection to unrest or politically sensitive content. Police have reminded the public that under Tanzanian law, the sharing of pictures or videos that may cause panic is a criminal offense. There are reports of security authorities searching electronic devices for politically sensitive content.
The Embassy’s ability to assist travelers in danger is further limited during a period of unrest.
Actions to Take in the Event of Civil Unrest:
Avoid demonstrations.
Avoid crowds.
Have stores of water, food, medication, fuel, and cash in case of shelter-in-place requirements.
Follow any curfews that are announced.
Be mindful of local laws.
Confirm your flight via telephone prior to traveling to the airport.
Review your personal safety plan.

@amenya_nelson They let Narok county manage Masai Mara. It's purely money minting, they don't care about wildlife! It's the only place they demand park fees in cash and have let major international hotel brands to do as they wish
Shame!
A few weeks ago, I opened up about my financial and mental health struggles something most men rarely speak about.
I shared my truth, and now I have a second chance, courtesy of Kenyans. I received so much love and encouragement to keep fighting for the country I love.
A big thanks to H.E. Babu Owino and Boniface Mwangi. These selfless individuals reached out and made sure I was okay.
Special thanks to @MwangiHub, @Kibet_bull, @Ademba_47, @fit_ermined, @joshuaOkayo, @_James041, and all the online supporters.
I’m also proud to share that I’ve managed to open a laundry business something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time. This new chapter means the world to me, and I’m grateful to everyone who believed in me.
My people, as promised, here is the update and some results on the milk samples you asked us to test.
You requested we prioritise Brookside and Mt Kenya Milk, and we followed exactly what YOU wanted.
This entire investigation is people-driven, not sponsor-driven.
My people, good mid-morning.
As promised, let me share with you the latest lab results from the sugar testing exercise we began a few weeks ago. This work is about one thing: knowing what we are really consuming and protecting our families from silent harm. 👇
