How much unpaid labour does a resident do.
A resident salary- give or take is around 1 Lakh/month.
Residents are supposed to work 50hr/week.
So, 200 hr/month = 1 Lakh.
So, basically 500₹/hour.
How much a Resident works?
On an average 80-90 hours - so approximately 40 hours per week and 160 hours extra in a month.
Overtime is supposed to be twice of normal but Ill use only 1.25X since we ‘owe’ to govt.
So, on an average 160hours/month * 500₹/hr *1.2x
= 1 Lakh worth of unpaid labour.
So for JRship - it was 36L worth of unalie labour.
Add 3 year of DM/SRship. (Pay is higher but I’ll consider same)
Total amount owed to doctors- 72Lakh.
Doctors don’t owe shit to govt.
You make back everything in unpaid labour and more.

The Indian flag has been disrespected by adding Urdu and a sword symbol in Nandini Layout, Bangalore, violating the Indian Emblems Act. I urge the @CPBlr Commissioner of Police to register a case and remove the flag immediately. #RespectOurFlag#IndianFlag
How many Hindus are willing to at least file a complaint against the board members of Tirupati Balaji for mixing beef fat in Holy Prasad of Balaji?
Same Prasad was sent to Ram Mandir Inauguration.
This is blasphemous and betrayal.
We will surely do whatever we can legally , but what about you.

*"DOCTORS VS JUDGES"*
Dr Ramesh Ganesan asked a medicolegal question :
Judiciary should also come under CPA (Consumer Protection Act).
--In the Salman Khan hit and run case, the LOWER court judge and the HIGH court judge had the SAME pieces of EVIDENCE to deal with.
--They also had the SAME Indian LAW to abide by and most probably they had similar educational qualifications too.
--Yet they INTERPRETED the situation in absolutely CONTRASTING manner and gave verdicts which are poles apart.
--Just imagine what would have happened if a YOUNG doctor sitting in a GOVERNMENT hospital, catering to hundreds of patients in a day, had diagnosed a celebrity patient presented with gastric discomfort as GASTRITIS and another hospital had LATER on diagnosed that patient to be having a MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION. I am sure that doctor would have been screwed and jailed.
--A JUDGE gets YEARS to decide on a case unlike a DOCTOR who is expected to diagnose and treat everything in the BLINK of an eye.
--If a doctor making a wrong diagnosis can be prosecuted, shouldn't a judge giving wrong verdicts meet the same fate?
--If hospitals can be sued for not admitting poor patients, shouldn't the courts be prosecuted for having lacs of impending cases?
--Is it not appalling that a judge who takes 12 years to give a wrong verdict gets away unhurt and a doctor making one mistake is screwed by our legal system?
--Doctors practice medicine which is more of an art than an exact science, whereas law is absolutely 100% manmade, yet doctors are expected to be right on all occasions.
--If doctors and hospitals have a duty towards the society then does the judiciary not have a responsibility towards the socitey.
--If there is so much of hue and cry in media about doctors and hospitals charging huge sums from patients, then why do we not ever hear a word on the fee that lawyers like Manu Singhvi and Jethmalani charge for their court appearances.
--Government often talks about putting a capping on the fees doctors charge for various procedures but there is no talk of putting a capping on the fee that these lawyers charge to get justice for their clients.
--If health is a citizen's right, then so is justice. Shall we think about taking our minds off worshipping false heroes ?
*JUDICIARY SHOULD ALSO COME UNDER CPA (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT)*

I may receive hate for saying it but Siddhivinayak or Banke Bihari or other major temples treat ordinary people like trash and on the other hand treat these celebrities or even YouTubers differently. Ordinary people stand in queues for hours and they hardly get to do darshan for 5 seconds, they are pushed forcibly to step away and these celebrities are given VVIP treatment, get to do Aarti and what not. This discrimination must stop in temples. Every devotee holds equal importance in the house of God. Please stop this favouritism, whosoever is responsible for it.
