1. Sectional cutoff imposed without prior info.
But still if you impose:-
2. When applying sectional cutoff you must consider statistical angle of the difficulty of question papers.
40 in GS is equivalent to 80+ in English and 65+ in Odia

You can't change the rules after the exam. We have worked hard and secured a good mark but you have destroyed our life by implementing sectional cut-off after the exam.
Rules should be beneficial for students not to destroy them.

@digalsahu 25% sectional cutoff for UPSC but 40% for a clerical job . This is injustice.
