Just a good news update. I've been on Vitamin D and I feel so much better! I'm also taking Iron and B-12. I was taking medication that affected absorption so "just go outside" wasn't the issue.

I found out I have super low vitamin D from a routine blood test. Doctor says millions have it. Cool, fixable.
