@EricaGrieder It would be useful. Issue is trust. Heller allowed for sale of guns in DC, but in practice still hard/costly because of D laws. Ds say "this is not about taking guns", Biden proposes banning popular handgun, Harris assault weapons. D areas can make any training impossible to pass
