My Lunch today was very protein packed, consisting of a salad with shredded lettuce, salt, pepper, baked chicken with the skin, a cut up fresh red apple on top with my homemade dressing, I just mixed some ranch and honey mustard, and had some honey chicken strips & @POWERADE
