“Your order comes with a free gift"
When I shout now, you’ll say I’ve come.
What is free gift?
A gift is free! Stop using words unnecessarily.
Just say "I got a gift"
Don't use 'free' and 'gift' together
It is repetitive!!
Tag all your favorite vendors and run away.
@hildabacicooks is a great English student.
That word “COOK-A-THON” is a coinage of two words, “Cooking” and “Marathon”
In English we refer to such words as PORTMANTEAUS 😀
Congratulations Hilda

Tolu, I am back
Why do I always hear, I SAW YOUR MISSED CALLS when I call and you didn’t pick up the call?
Why? Tolu why?
Please it is, I SAW MY MISSED CALLS or you say I MISSED YOUR CALLS.
After all, you are the one who missed the calls and not me.
Let’s be guided please🙄
So use both MANY and MUCH in the same sentence and let’s see what you have in the comments 👇👇👇👇
Was this helpful?
Please share, save and follow for more.
News got to me that you sometimes confuse the use of MUCH with the use of MANY?
That must stop today!
Come with me, let me show you how to use both of them.
A thread 👉👉👉
However, please note.
You can use many with a noun that can’t be counted only if you are talking about different types, kinds, or when they’ve been measured.
E.g How MANY CUPS of MILK does the recipe call for?
(Milk can’t be counted but because of the CUPS, you use MANY.
Do you know you don’t WRITE an exam?
Rather you TAKE an exam!
The teacher WRITES the exam while it is the students duty to TAKE the exam.
So stop saying “Unilag is WRITING exams at the moment”.
Rather say “Unilag is TAKING exams at the moment”.
Shocked? 🙂
Please RT
Tolu, when you are covered with blankets, sheets or beneath the covers of a bed, then you are IN BED.
E.g. Everybody stayed in bed.
However, when you are not covered by blankets or sheets, then you are ON THE BED.
E.g. Bisola lay on the bed all day long.
