Kuba Shaw made history today as the first swimmer to from GPHS to go D1. Thank you to everyone from TNAQ and to @DidenkoPaul for showing up to support this young man.

Kuba was recognized today for being an All-State Swimmer last year. The press release came today, he has been named an All-State Swimmer for the 200y and 500y freestyle for 2026.

KUBA!!!!!!!!! A state champion! What a moment for our school! You talk about a young man who deserves a moment. Last night, I told my son about his practice regiment ever since I have been his principal in 7th grade. Young people, hard work pays off. The best is yet to come!
