Looking for some data for traditional osteoporosis treatment versus exercise/ weight training in the elderly. Feels the additional benefits in terms of combatting sarcopenia and reducing falls also important. Any ideas or pointers v welcome!

@Saramac7 We are still wearing masks and asking patients to wear them. Provide them for those who are happy to put one on. Not mandatory but have had increasing numbers of staff off with bad COVID and flu despite us being vaccinated.
