I get it, of course I do. But, I’ve concerns about GP’s & staff working even more hours & I fear it feeds what is already an unsustainable expectation for patients. Unless someone has magic’d up more GP’s? If so, yes, let’s do it!!

We need to stop with the continuous GP bashing. My GP’s are working their arses off. They’re physically & emotionally on the edge & as Practice Manager, I feel helpless. We deal with around 5000 patient contacts a month & no-one waits more than 48 hrs for a f2f appt! #teamgp
