A couple of months ago, I decided to read the Bible for the first time. After a week or so, the archaic language/syntax/etc. turned out to be an obstacle. Very frustrating. So, I turned to Grok, and had it compile a reading plan: detailed summaries and some commentary of each section/book, arranged in chronological order. This is the method that worked for me. I will be finished in time for Orthodox Easter a week from now, having achieved a level of understanding that I am certain I would not have had, had I stuck to the original plan. I highly recommend it for novices such as myself. Happy Easter!
