@tonyfernandes_ @airasia - W8QKKG booked a air asia flight for my mom to visit us, we cant lift weights hence booked and paid for wheelchair assistance - Instead she was treated unprofessional and was asked to deboard the flight , disgusting and frustrating she missed the flight
