@British_Airways I did and you have removed the booking from my account. Your own website says allow 7 days to receive voucher, it's nearly 21 now. With outbound flight meant to be tomorrow I do not want to lose the value of the booking. Can you confirm its being processed please?

@SW_Help @grantshapps I'd hope you might have your own train times. Thanks for clarifying where the trains run to. Shame they aren't actually running down the Epsom line, so not sure why the above is helpful. Just 90 minutes between trains on a weekday this morning at a major commuter stop

@SW_Help You are running two trains to Guildford consecutively, within 5 minute of each other and yet it's an hour to the next one to Worcester Park. Explain that? Will the one in an hour actually run? I've had 5 trains cancelled today alone! @grantshapps

@SW_Help theres a 1000 people waiting for a bus at Worcester Park as you say the trains are cancelled on the boards, then a train mystically appears and it has left basically empty. You can at least control the information boards...useless.
