@flysrilankan Without a doubt the worst customer service ever encountered from a national airline. Hang ups. Not returning emails and cancelling flights with no reimbursement. I highly recommend you stay away from this airline.

Hi @flysrilankan I had booked a flight from Thrillophia for srilanka trip in month of April but due to father in law death. I couldn't travel it and asked Thrillophia to provide refund/credit/any alternative way to go srilanka in future months. They asked me to wait for 40 days
