Tonight’s dinner using GrokPot. I put EVERYTHING in raw. 👀
Bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts. Baby potatoes. Asparagus. Garlic. Lemon. Butter. Chicken stock.
No searing. No boiling. I didn’t even season the chicken.
That’s the part of GrokPot that still feels weird.
All the spices go into one dispenser—salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, rosemary and thyme—and Grok decides WHAT gets released and WHEN.
🥔 Potatoes started first.
🍗 Then the chicken began its slower cooking stage.
🔥 Near the end, Grok changed the temperature and humidity to brown the skin.
🌿 Rosemary and thyme were held back until later so they wouldn’t cook away during the entire cycle.
🥬 And the asparagus? It barely cooked until the final stage so it didn’t turn into mush.
Once the chicken reached temperature, Grok rested everything and automatically switched to KEEP WARM.

Makan malam malam ini pakai GrokPot. Semuanya saya masukkan MENTAH. 👀
Dada ayam bertulang dengan kulit. Kentang kecil. Asparagus. Bawang putih. Lemon. Mentega. Kaldu ayam.
Satu pot. Bahan berbeda. Suhu berbeda. Waktu memasak berbeda. Bumbu dikeluarkan otomatis selama proses memasak.

Dzisiejsza kolacja z GrokPot. Wrzuciłem WSZYSTKO na surowo. 👀
Pierś z kurczaka z kością i skórą. Małe ziemniaki. Szparagi. Czosnek. Cytryna. Masło. Bulion z kurczaka.
Bez wcześniejszego obsmażania. Bez gotowania. Nawet nie przyprawiłem kurczaka.
Sól, pieprz, czosnek, papryka, rozmaryn i tymianek trafiają do jednego dozownika.
Grok sam decyduje, CO dodać i KIEDY.
🥔 Najpierw zaczęły gotować się ziemniaki.
🍗 Później kurczak przeszedł przez wolniejszy etap gotowania.
🔥 Pod koniec Grok zmienił temperaturę i wilgotność, żeby przyrumienić skórkę.
🌿 Rozmaryn i tymianek zostały dodane dopiero później, żeby zachować więcej aromatu.
Kiedy kurczak osiągnął odpowiednią temperaturę, Grok dał wszystkiemu odpocząć i automatycznie włączył KEEP WARM.
Otworzyłem pokrywę i zobaczyłem to. ↑
Jeden garnek. Różne składniki. Różne temperatury. Różny czas. Przyprawy dozowane automatycznie podczas gotowania.
