The American spirit was built by people who didn’t shy away from hard work.

A few things to keep in mind:
1. Most of the people you’re afraid of offending don’t give two fucks about offending you.
2. Those friends of yours that laugh, make smart ass remarks, and take little digs at you for trying to be better in your life aren’t your friends.
Real friends make you better.
3. The people you think are so much stronger, smarter, and better than you, aren't. They are just better at faking it.
4. You have an obligation to shine bright AF and blind motherfuckers with how great you are regardless of what people think about it. Other people will win or lose based on if you win or lose…
That means it's an obligation to kick ass.
So kick ass.
5. Everybody is scared… but what the fuck else we gonna do? Not even try? There is nothing worse in life than not giving it all you got and wishing you had.
Go hard.
A lot of people are:
- Rich but exhausted.
- Connected but lonely.
- Successful but unhealthy.
Winning isn’t having more.
It’s needing less.
- A healthy body.
- A calm mind.
- Meaningful relationships.
Most people are chasing status.
The real prize is health, clarity, and
connection.
People think wealth is having enough
money to stop working.
Real wealth is having a body, mind,
and spirit that still want to keep going.
Because what’s the point of winning
the race
if you can’t enjoy the finish line?
Fat loss gets easier when food
stops being entertainment.
Find meals that fit your goals.
Repeat them.
Every extra decision drains
willpower.
Every new craving steals focus.
Eating similar meals creates
freedom.
Most people spend their lives
chasing wealth without realizing
they already have pieces of it.
A roof over their head.
Food on the table.
People who love them.
The biggest lie is thinking wealth
is what you own.
Real wealth is having enough time
to enjoy what you already have.
Having a strong, healthy body is the
real flex.
Anyone can finance a luxury vehicle.
You can't finance discipline.
You can't lease consistency.
You can't make payments on years
of keeping promises to yourself.
A strong body is proof you showed
up when you didn't feel like it.
The goal isn’t to collect more stuff.
It’s to create a life you don’t need a
vacation from.
Meaningful work.
Time for your health.
Time for the people you love.
The ability to be present instead of
constantly chasing what’s next.
That’s real success.
