What a run for Pete Carroll in Seattle. He lives by the mantra of “always compete” and it was reflected in his teams.
I don’t believe Seattle’s run of finding gem’s late in the draft was an accident: it was terrific scouting and a culture where it didn’t matter how you got there, but what you did when you arrived that mattered most under Pete.
When many thought the organization was set for a nose dive after the Russell Wilson trade, they instead made a playoff run.
Huge respect to him.
Chairs thrown into walls.
Cartwheels into whiteboards.
Basketball shootouts.
Bullshit “safe place” speeches.
Scooter races.
Pranks on players.
This is what life is like in Pete Carroll #Seahawks meetings. A one-of-a-kind experience. https://t.co/zmvH6UET6H
Just putting it out there:
Whoever gets @JoshDowns is getting a future STAR.
He was a really good college player, but I think he's going to be an even better pro. #ELITE

A day after @usopen took shots at him, #Seahawks QB Drew Lock posted on instagram a photo of himself at a tennis court.
"All day hydration w/ the best water on and off the tennis court. #TennisIsLife"
