We celebrated our harvest festival on Sunday, thank you to all who donated to @changesutton Foodbank and FoodShop, to the team from Sutton @CAPuk (Creating Hope) for sharing with us, and of course Stennings Bakery for the harvest loaf!

We had a wonderful finale to our Christmas services, with the atmosphere of midnight followed by the laughter and joy of Christmas Day with Bishop @RosemarieMallet. Happy Christmas!

We had a great time at our all-age communion service on Sunday, thinking about what God values, during which we played the Antiques Roadshow theme, threw tennis balls, and the children gathered round the table as we shared communion together. This is church.

90 year 2’s visited from Woodfield Primary - we talked about church, Christmas, and they asked fab qu’s:
What is the difference between Santa & Jesus?
What has Jesus got to do with Christmas?
How did Jesus rise from the dead?
Where is he?
These are 6-7 yr olds!

Today we had 3 classes of 30 reception children from @StanleyParkInf school come to visit the church - they loved our cuddly sheep, which are great for talking about Jesus the Good Shepherd!

Today we welcomed @IanNott4 as our curate, with Caris and their family. We are so excited to start this new season together, do pray for them as they settle in and find their home here.
